Biological water treatment to reuse washing water of commercial- and rail vehicle washing systems:
Fully automatic biological treatment with different levels of processing.
The Eco-Bio-System is used for treatment of industrial waters from vehicle wash systems. A
great part of the washer fluid is treated and supplied to the washing process again by UVsystems,
which are elaborated systems with sand filter, biological treatment, ventilation and
germ reduction.
By application of this water treatment the use of fresh water can be reduced by up to 85%, so
that a cost saving will be given by a few washings per day.
The all-automatic process control guaranteed a low-maintenance and problem-free operation.
All conditions of the system can be diagrammed and changed by an operator-panel.
Treatment capacity: 12 - 30 m³ / h depending on the configuration
Eco Bio standard-equipment:
